This is my 3rd purchase from Lake Charles Toyota and 2nd time working with Randall and Corey! They make things so easy!

Kelly was super helpful in securing a new Land Cruiser, and the whole process was completely seamless with Corey. I also greatly appreciate that the dealership does not add “dealer premium” on top of the MSRP. Made a new customer and will recommend to everyone that asks me where to shop!

The customer service at Toyota was out of the ball park. From the time I pulled into the parking lot to the time I got out the staff was helpful and amazing. They gave me a price for my car which was fair and it didn’t stop there. I had my eyes on 1 car which had gotten sold the day before. But Mr. Devin Johnson went above and beyond to find me a car worth the price. The sales manager Mr. Corey baron went above and beyond to get me into the car I have wanted for years. But overall. This dealership was absolutely fantastic. Google will only let me rate it 5 stars. But I would give them 100 stars if I could!

As far as sells and the show room experience it was excellent no complaints the only thing I wish was done better is the detail job of my truck after I bought it. The truck was cleaned but I wouldn't call it a detail other than that my experience was excellent

Excellent Customer Service AGAIN, Mr John Breaux has assisted us with the purchase of three new vehicles over the years. We could not have asked for better service, he is very knowledgeable on his product and all of the new features. AW Broussard was my Finance Adviser and he got me the best rate. I don’t use any other dealership.

Corey and Caven were simply amazing!! My family and I were down on our luck when our truck broke down on our way to New Orleans for vacation. Caven was trying to figure out every way possible to help us out, and get us on the road again. He nailed it with a truck I couldn’t be happier with! Now I get to take a little bit of Louisiana home with me to south Texas.

I had very positive experience working with Blade & Corey. Best I had in about 10 years in any dealership. There was 0 pressure. They were very understanding. Blade communicated with me and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle while I was waiting for its delivery. He met me early at the dealership to show me the vehicle when I arrived and got me in contact with Corey. Corey was able to do the paperwork in about an hour which was much appreciated as I had a long drive home ahead of me.
