Cory Tarver and Mr Barton have been making sure my truck is being properly fixed after a bad mishap in there shop. Someone broke my oil filter cap and other things related to it putting me in a bind with things I needed to do. While Mr Barton is keeping tabs on my truck, Mr tarver got me into a nice rental so I can continue my Anniversary plans with my wife. He even helped me tow another truck I had because it needed to be moved asap and my good truck was in the shop. So thank you guys for looking out and going above and beyond for your customers.

Today, my mom was forced to voluntarily give up a leased Toyota tundra 2023 with less than 10000 miles. We were not told everything about leasing from day one because we were first time leasing a new truck. It will destroy my own mom’s credit, and they won’t fix any recalls with the tundra at all. They only offered 46,000, but other Toyota dealers in the State of Louisiana are offering more for our same truck with more or less miles. I think they could have given us the lease buyout price with no problems at all. They even had a similar one in their used lot that Lake Charles Toyota was selling about 60000. They gave us no options to work with. We brought a brand new Ford F150 XLT with a loan we worked for like other Americans do everyday, but Lake Charles Toyota wanted us to continue paying for a Toyota tundra that could have caused injuries. I thought this dealership was a Christian institution? Do you realize that Toyota was fined twice last year for fraud leases and loans.

Just bought a vehicle for my wife last night. Everything went very smooth from the sales staff to financing. AW went above and beyond for the transaction and we couldn't be happier! We finished our deal about an hour before closing time so we were not available to drive the vehicle home as they wanted to detail the vehicle. We actually live in Katy TX and was amazed when they said don't worry and offered us a rental car but we didn't need it. Thinking we would just come back the following week to pick it up AW said no worries we will deliver it to you! Amazing customer service. Worth the drive for all of the 5 star service we received. From the time I met my salesman Todd Williams to the signing of the contract was an enjoyable experience! The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere of the inside of the building has a great feeling to it. I'm very grateful for stopping here to look at a Sienna van.
