Ok, right off the bat my experience was pleasant. Came all the way from NOLA and told the dealership that I wanted to get everything done before hand. and aside from my signature everything was ready when I arrived. Once we started on the paperwork it took us 15 minutes. The car was as described and the dealership never felt pushy. Our Salesman was a good salesman that never felt too pushy. (Uncommon and nice). I would even say he is a huge part of this sale going through. If you ever need a car at the Lake Charles Toyota dealership, ask for Cody Hardesty he will take care of you. and Our financing manager was superb as well, his name was Jeremy. This was an actual dynamic duo. They never tried to rush me in the inspection of the vehicle or anything close to that. I truly enjoyed my experience. P.S. The classics museum was a fun plus. Really enjoyed it.

Involved in an accident on I10 on the way east. They worked us in quickly, then the service tech was able to figure out the warning wasn't because of yhe accident at all.....and we went on our way. Thanks to all y'all involved from the initial contact person, to the schedules to the service rep!!!

These guys work fast and get GREAT pricing. Not only was I pre approved with my credit union and ready to buy, I gave them a shot at financing and they actually beat my credit unions rate. Aside from pricing, time is very important especially when going with a 10 month old. Wool and Jeremy had us in and out within a couple of hours. 10/10 experience and will definitely be purchasing with them for life!

From the time I met my salesman Todd Williams to the signing of the contract was an enjoyable experience! The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere of the inside of the building has a great feeling to it. I'm very grateful for stopping here to look at a Sienna van. I feel like I'm waiting on Christmas to get here, waiting on the arrival of my new van!! 😊

Update 6-5-26 I will give 3 more stars because Kenny at Toyota reached out to me and had me come in so my car could be look at to review what was said to be wrong. They found that the repair wasn't needed. I was reimbursed my diagnostic fee and given a few perks...carwash. I appreciate that Toyota stepped up and was accountable. Respect for that. Mistakes were made and they owned up to them I was charged $79 for diagnostic because I said my steering seemed to have slack. I was told I needed a new steering rack and it had seepage of steering fluid. It was going to cost just over $2000. I went to my tire guys and mechanic in Moss bluff for tires and I mentioned my next appointment to have my steering rack changed. He said let me quote you. He put it up on the rack and told me he didn't find anything that I was told wrong with my steering rack nor any type of seepage. So he recommended that I go get an alignment at lake Charles alignment and tell them what going on. They also can do this repair. He said he wanted for me to get their opinion. I did just that and I was told that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my steering rack and no type of seepage or leak. So I cancelled everything I had scheduled with Toyota and saved $60 on my brake job, $45 on alignment, and $2000 on a unnecessary repair. Shame on y'all. Stole $79 from me and lied to me. Two place that could have done the same repair for cheaper both said it was an unnecessary repair. Either would have gotten the job from me because they were both several hundred dollars cheaper. Shame on y'all. You can't be trusted. People if your vehicle is not in warranty please do your homework and find someone trustworthy.
