Let me preface this review by saying that I have purchased more vehicles in the last 20 years than I can count. I have had mostly ok experiences, some terrible ones and a few good ones. My experience buying a brand new 2026 model vehicle with Lake Charles Toyota has been hands down the best buying experience I have ever had. I never once felt pushed, pressured, or that I was not worth anyone's time. Kelly in sales has been awesome and she definitely deserves a raise! She has gone above and beyond to accommodate my vehicle needs and facilitate a dealer-to-dealer trade to get the exact model vehicle I wanted. Daulton in Financing made the numbers work and has also gone above and beyond taking care of the customer to make the deal happen. I have not taken delivery of the vehicle yet, but the paperwork was done digitally so that's one less thing I have to worry about when picking up the vehicle. Time is money! I hope the service side of the house is as good as the sales side of the house because there are some big shoes to fill. This is my first new Toyota and if you are in the market for one, and have read this far, get down to Lake Charles Toyota and give them an opportunity to get you in the right vehicle.

Jonathan was my salesman (very down to earth) , I was literally out the door in my brand new truck in 30 minutes. I’ve bought a lot of different trucks but the customer service is excellent here! AW the sales manager is cool as a fan and down to earth. They have earned my business for life. These are some down to earth guys and no sugar coating. Thanks again guys.

These guys work fast and get GREAT pricing. Not only was I pre approved with my credit union and ready to buy, I gave them a shot at financing and they actually beat my credit unions rate. Aside from pricing, time is very important especially when going with a 10 month old. Wool and Jeremy had us in and out within a couple of hours. 10/10 experience and will definitely be purchasing with them for life!

Involved in an accident on I10 on the way east. They worked us in quickly, then the service tech was able to figure out the warning wasn't because of yhe accident at all.....and we went on our way. Thanks to all y'all involved from the initial contact person, to the schedules to the service rep!!!

I worked at a used car dealership in Texas during college, and I’ll never forget one customer who brought in her Toyota Corolla like clockwork for oil changes. The last time I saw it, the car had over 330,000 miles and it was still running strong. She was patient, attentive, and took the time to really understand what I was looking for which was especially helpful since I wasn’t exactly sure myself. Jonathan and Ben were both very helpful and straightforward, making sure the deal on my used truck came together smoothly without any pressure or runaround. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making the experience a good one from start to finish. Update 6-5-26 I will give 3 more stars because Kenny at Toyota reached out to me and had me come in so my car could be look at to review what was said to be wrong. They found that the repair wasn't needed. I was reimbursed my diagnostic fee and given a few perks...carwash. I appreciate that Toyota stepped up and was accountable. Respect for that. Mistakes were made and they owned up to them I was charged $79 for diagnostic because I said my steering seemed to have slack. I was told I needed a new steering rack and it had seepage of steering fluid. It was going to cost just over $2000. I went to my tire guys and mechanic in Moss bluff for tires and I mentioned my next appointment to have my steering rack changed. He said let me quote you. He put it up on the rack and told me he didn't find anything that I was told wrong with my steering rack nor any type of seepage. So he recommended that I go get an alignment at lake Charles alignment and tell them what going on. They also can do this repair. He said he wanted for me to get their opinion. I did just that and I was told that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my steering rack and no type of seepage or leak. So I cancelled everything I had scheduled with Toyota and saved $60 on my brake job, $45 on alignment, and $2000 on a unnecessary repair. Shame on y'all. Stole $79 from me and lied to me. Two place that could have done the same repair for cheaper both said it was an unnecessary repair. Either would have gotten the job from me because they were both several hundred dollars cheaper. Shame on y'all. You can't be trusted. People if your vehicle is not in warranty please do your homework and find someone trustworthy.
