I'm a first time toyota owner of a 2023 Tacoma and I'm overly satisfied with the service and product . I should have purchased a toyota years ago. The vibe there is open with hospitality I have never had a door opened for me so much I one day and I left full and felt like a queen. My purchase came with a lifetime free oil change as well I'm simply blown away thank you guys !!

Brandon was my salesperson. Very knowledgeable. Not pushy. Very flexible. I looked at multiple options and even switched at the last second. He was very accommodating. He followed up a couple of days later to make sure I was happy with the purchase and didn’t have any questions. I recommend him. Corey with the finance department got me a great rate. It was by far the lowest quote I received of the day. He also helped me consider options and was very honest on the options. Due to my high mileage, I got the extended warranty. Finally, they had a technology group that helped set me up with all the electronics in the car. Very knowledgeable and patient.

Purchased my car from my phone, and since the car wasn't yet at the dealership, they delivered it to me when it was ready. Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. This was the fourth vehicle we purchased through Lake Charles Toyota, we are obviously very satisfied with both their sales and service teams. Purchasing the new vehicle went smoothly and while we had to wait to get the exact vehicle, it was delivered as promised in a timely manner. No surprises at pickup, the vehicle and the paperwork were exactly as expected.
