I don’t usually write reviews, but after working with Luke Weeks at Lake Charles Toyota, I had to take a moment to recognize someone truly exceptional. From the very beginning, Luke went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car for my daughter. He was knowledgeable, sincere, and incredibly communicative every step of the way. When we couldn’t find the exact vehicle we wanted, Luke didn’t miss a beat. He helped us order a custom-built car, and made the entire process seamless. What stood out the most was how personal and thoughtful Luke was. I was handling everything remotely, as I live out of state, and Luke's efforts made the entire experience feel easy and connected. His near-constant updates and initiative went beyond expectations. He always reached out first and kept me in the loop throughout the process. He made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. But what really touched me was the extra mile he went to help me make this moment special for my babygirl. It was her first new car, so I had flowers sent to the dealership to surprise her when she picked it up. Luke collaborated with me to receive the flower delivery, and went back and forth with me to ensure they were perfectly placed. We added a big, beautiful bow on the front, and Luke ensured the entire pickup experience felt like a celebration. He understood the moment and was genuinely invested in making it a memorable one. My lil girl was absolutely blown away. The smile on her face and the joy in that moment... every Dad understands that incomparable feeling. Luke is more than just a great salesman, he’s a kind, down-to-earth human who truly gives a shit about his job and the joy it brings to others. It was a great experience working with Uzair and AW. It was during the ice/snow storm and I couldn’t make it down for a couple of days to get the paperwork completed but they worked with me in getting the deal done. I talked to Uzair several times while waiting to get down there and he would always answer and then FaceTime so I could see my car. Really great experience. I recommend them highly!

Just bought a vehicle for my wife last night. Everything went very smooth from the sales staff to financing. AW went above and beyond for the transaction and we couldn't be happier! We finished our deal about an hour before closing time so we were not available to drive the vehicle home as they wanted to detail the vehicle. We actually live in Katy TX and was amazed when they said don't worry and offered us a rental car but we didn't need it. Thinking we would just come back the following week to pick it up AW said no worries we will deliver it to you! Amazing customer service. Worth the drive for all of the 5 star service we received. Cory Tarver and Mr Barton have been making sure my truck is being properly fixed after a bad mishap in there shop. Someone broke my oil filter cap and other things related to it putting me in a bind with things I needed to do. While Mr Barton is keeping tabs on my truck, Mr tarver got me into a nice rental so I can continue my Anniversary plans with my wife. He even helped me tow another truck I had because it needed to be moved asap and my good truck was in the shop. So thank you guys for looking out and going above and beyond for your customers.
