						We just purchased our brand new 2025 toyota 4 runner yesterday. We drove in from Beaumont on Saturday to test drive and again yesterday to finalize our purchase. 						Thanks so much to Jedi Master Chris! I called and spoke with Chris Damian at the Toyota dealership on Wednesday night, fully expecting the usual car-buying headache. Instead, I got a certified dealership Jedi. I said, “Hey, I want to trade in my Honda Pilot and pay outright for a Corolla,” and Chris basically said, “These are the cars you’re looking for,” like he was waving a lightsaber of customer service magic. He found the exact car I had in mind, walked me through the trade-in process (which included a car both me and my ex on it—cue dramatic music), and somehow made it all so painless. He even handed my toddler Cheez-Its like a pro and Corey from finance gave her a rubber duck and survived her fussy toddler chaos with pure patience and kindness. By Friday evening, I was cruising off the lot in my shiny 2023 gold-certified Toyota Corolla like a galactic queen. Then…the universe decided to throw in some chaos. About 10 minutes after leaving the lot, I caught a flat tire. With my toddler in the back and my anxiety meter at 1000, seriously, hello hot mess express, I called Chris mid-breakdown. Not all heroes wear capes—some just show up with a tire iron. He got there in minutes, aired up the flat to see if anything was wrong, realized it wasn’t fixable, changed my flat on the spot, and even checked in later to make sure my daughter and I made it home safely. And if that wasn’t enough, this morning he came to my work, took the car back to the dealership, and replaced the tire with a brand new one. FOR FREE. That’s not customer service—that’s Jedi-level loyalty-building. I left with a reliable, beautiful Corolla, lifetime oil changes, inspection stickers—and honestly, a new standard for what good customer service looks like. I came in just wanting a car solely in my name and paid off. I left with a new ride, a few laughs, and a full-blown dealership lightsaber-wielding legend on my side. Seriously, go ask for Chris! The Force is strong with that one.

						I don’t usually write reviews, but after working with Luke Weeks at Lake Charles Toyota, I had to take a moment to recognize someone truly exceptional. From the very beginning, Luke went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car for my daughter. He was knowledgeable, sincere, and incredibly communicative every step of the way. When we couldn’t find the exact vehicle we wanted, Luke didn’t miss a beat. He helped us order a custom-built car, and made the entire process seamless. What stood out the most was how personal and thoughtful Luke was. I was handling everything remotely, as I live out of state, and Luke's efforts made the entire experience feel easy and connected. His near-constant updates and initiative went beyond expectations. He always reached out first and kept me in the loop throughout the process. He made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. But what really touched me was the extra mile he went to help me make this moment special for my babygirl. It was her first new car, so I had flowers sent to the dealership to surprise her when she picked it up. Luke collaborated with me to receive the flower delivery, and went back and forth with me to ensure they were perfectly placed. We added a big, beautiful bow on the front, and Luke ensured the entire pickup experience felt like a celebration. He understood the moment and was genuinely invested in making it a memorable one. My lil girl was absolutely blown away. The smile on her face and the joy in that moment... every Dad understands that incomparable feeling. Luke is more than just a great salesman, he’s a kind, down-to-earth human who truly gives a shit about his job and the joy it brings to others. If you’re buying a car, you’d be fortunate to work with him. This wasn’t just a transaction, it was an experience. One we'll remember for ages. 						I am facing a lot of administrative issues with Lake Charles Toyota . First the staff kept asking for. Louisiana ID even though I had one. They refused to release the car until my bank manager spoke to them. Now my registration is held up. Not a very great experience for an expat trying to buy a car from them.

						From the time I met my salesman Todd Williams to the signing of the contract was an enjoyable experience! The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere of the inside of the building has a great feeling to it. I'm very grateful for stopping here to look at a Sienna van. I feel like I'm waiting on Christmas to get here, waiting on the arrival of my new van!! 😊
