You're missing out on the quality experience you deserve. You don't have to expect anything less than you expect from the Ritz Carlton, or from Vic & Anthony's or any other premium experience. And the good news is, you don't have to go to a Lexus or Mercedes or Acura store to get it. You can expect an exceptional experience any time you walk into any car dealership. The business isn't like it used to be. If a dealership is still trying to survive the way they survived decades ago, that's not where you want to shop. You deserve better.
